One organization.
Three areas of impact.
180 Management Group helps organizations strengthen the leadership, workforce, and technology capabilities required to perform, adapt, and grow. Our three practice areas address different organizational needs, but they share one goal: helping clients build stronger foundations for lasting results.
Different solutions for different needs delivered with a consistent approach to partnership and results.
SERVICES
Management Advisory
Experienced leadership when the organization needs momentum.
Organizations often need experienced operational leadership before they are ready—or able—to make a permanent executive hire. We provide targeted advisory and fractional leadership support to help organizations assess current conditions, navigate leadership transitions, establish operating priorities, and move critical work forward.
Our services include:
- Operational assessments and roadmaps
- Leadership transition planning
- Fractional and interim COO services
- Strategy execution and organizational readiness
Workforce Development
Building the skills people need to succeed and advance.
Effective workforce development must reflect both the needs of participants and the expectations of employers. We work with public-sector agencies, workforce organizations, economic-development partners, and employers to design training that builds professional skills, prepares emerging supervisors, and strengthens management capability.
Our services include:
- Workforce readiness programs
- Professional development workshops
- Management and supervisor training
- Custom programs and learning cohorts
Technology Enablement
Making technology work better for the organization.
Technology investments create value only when they support the way work actually gets done. We assess the business capabilities, workflows, systems, data, ownership, and user needs surrounding technology decisions so organizations can establish clearer requirements and make better-informed investments.
Our services include:
- Technology assessments and roadmaps
- Business process and capability analysis
- Software requirements and selection support
- Data, reporting, and source-of-record support
- Implementation readiness and technology adoption
